The work in the department is very slow, the staff is in no hurry at all, you always have to wait, even with two cash desks and two people waiting in line. The first cash register never works from 9.00 (in operation mode from 9). And on the days of pension issuance , this is generally an emergency .

Normal. There is not enough oxygen and Wi-Fi. You wait in line for at least 20 minutes .especially if one window is working
