Disgusting service!!!
I broke out at my lunch at the nearest branch to apply for a loan. I served 40 minutes, I was alone in a bank branch and could not help in any window (2 windows were working). Only then did the woman say that she would have to wait for the end of her lunch. What kind of service?! Why can only one person in the entire bank apply for a loan? Why is there no substitute for him at lunch, when a lot of people go to the bank for lunch in their free time?!What kind of recruitment is this?! One woman volunteered to help, but the bank's app wouldn't let a third-party customer in! It's just a nightmare! He left angry and dissatisfied with the quality of service!
