The bank's office is located in a transportably accessible location. The room is large enough with an electronic queue, equipped with comfortable sofas-banquettes for visitors. Moreover, there are terminals for self-payment and friendly and polite girl consultants who are always ready to help. The main thing (!) is not to be in the bank during the payment period for housing and communal services, when 1 pensioner paralyzes the operation of the payment terminal for a very long time, driving visitors in the queue to frenzy (I desperately shake hands with the consultant girls for their patience and perseverance!). I recommend visiting, but in order not to waste time in the queue, try to choose the time of visiting the bank's office.
