The department is cozy, but... After sitting in line for half an hour, when a specialist was called, the answer was given that in five minutes lunch would not have time to serve you... Having insisted on my own, of course, they began to serve me with a dissatisfied expression on my face...the employee cheated on the terms of the required product and went to lunch with a calm soul.
Having called the contact center twice, I was given the information with which I actually came to the bank! After that, I applied to another branch of Belarusbank, where the necessary operation was performed!
A huge request is either to hire more employees or to train better!!!

A small bank. It is convenient to get there by bus (including 100). I came in the evening (closer to closing), there was no queue for 1 time, and for the 2nd time there was a queue for 3 people. I waited calmly and issued the card. The consultant explained the things that interested me in an accessible way. But there was a feeling / desire that they would work a little faster (when receiving the card in their hands). I am quite satisfied :
