There are always long queues and it works several times over the years. At least we would make an information kiosk around the clock.

Nothing good can be said. I got negative emotions. I visited the department in a word, I visited, the windows are closed, do what you want, no one accepts, services are not provided. The desire was only, as they say, to write a review in the book of comments and suggestions, but you can't take that either because there is no one to provide it to.
