We came to close the deposit on the day when we were warned, and they told us "we do not have such an amount to give your money". p. s. If the deposit is not picked up on the same day, then it is automatically extended and "tomorrow" we definitely would not have achieved OUR own money.
The manager of the branch offered to go to a branch of another bank, allegedly she agreed and they would give out our amount (although it is not our problem that this branch does not have the necessary amount, because they knew in advance that we would come to close the deposit that day). As a result, we came to another department, and there they tell us:
- Your branch did not close the deposit, did not transfer the money to the account so that we could give it to you. The documents are not issued. You need to go back there so that they perform the operation correctly, and then come back to us for the money.
Hence the conclusion about the "qualified" manager of the department on the Pearl. Not only did the person not take care of the right amount to issue our money, but he was also unable to properly negotiate with another department and prepare all the documents correctly!!!
We had to go again to get the right documents and again return to receive the money!
I would like to note that it was only thanks to the Prytytsky branch and its manager that we managed to resolve the issue and collect the money.
You can't return the nerves you've spent, I don't advise contacting the branch on Zhemchuzhina if you don't want to run back and forth to pick up YOUR money.
