The most flawed department I've ever met. There is no ATM or terminal in it. The work schedule is also terrible, the service is slow.

And why are other branches of the bank open from 09.00 to 19.00, and this is from 10.00 to 18.00?! What kind of a working day is this?! Earlier, lunch was also an hour and a half! They've changed it now. It's kind of weird.
