I was at the exchange office on 07/22/24 at about 12. The cashier was immediately rude and could not perform the simplest operation (put money on the card). Belarusbank's terminal is not working nearby. I went to another place and another bank. I recommend having a conversation with the employee about the rules of communication with the client. And please sort out the terminal - fix it or remove it. I will come back in a month, if the problem remains, I will write not only a negative review, but also a complaint to the management. I hope for your understanding.

It is often necessary to use a non-currency exchange. And the receiving and settlement kiosk of Belarusbank is next to it. I can't understand and explain. Why does this necessary unit not work 4-5 days a week in a large store in the city center?The employees of this bank are dealing with this issue. Who work in the exchanger. They pretend to be blind and deaf!!!
