Is it really impossible to put up a sign, there is no money. Cashiers are in a hurry only for a technical break. The rest of the time there is no hurry: "the cashier is asleep" - time goes by. Last visit 28.08. 40 minutes to change money. Of the forty minutes of time, 20 were spent skipping the "queue numbers" who left desperate to wait in line. I came at 13:39, gave out 197 numbers, the scoreboard was ~ 160. As a result, 8-10 people were served to me at most. It is clear from the number of people in the hall that it is nonsense. As a result, it turned out that "dead souls" missed 20 minutes
