I came to consult on the issue of purchasing a bank card, took a coupon, was the only one (not counting one customer at the cash desk for currency exchange) despite the fact that the employees (who are not at the ticket offices) were not particularly busy, it was visually visible, giggling, communicating with each other, I waited 20 minutes, left without waiting for an invitation to the reception. What I would also like to note is that the information board with the reception number from the waiting area is not visible, you have to listen all the time. The overall impression of this BNB branch was not pleasant.
The issue was resolved via the information link, the girl explained everything in detail, for which thank you very much, 10 minutes and I am the owner of a digital card.

Always clarify the information in more detail, especially on the cards, as it is useless to argue with the bank. You will not see all the information on the site, although the bank will prove the opposite. If you read the bank's response to Kirill below, please note that the bank may unilaterally change the terms of service and not notify you!!! The bank believes that it is unclear where writing on the site is enough!!!
