It's funny to read zakazuha. I join the negative reviews. Extremely unfriendly girls in the call center. Favorite word (loudly, displeased): "Wait!". On average, it takes from 15 to 40 minutes to reach them by VMI. They coordinate doctor's appointments every other time - it is unclear why then we pay such money for VMI. Either this is a distrust of the professionalism of the doctor (to whom they themselves write down), or their regulations are so strange, but only half of the tests were agreed with me with serious inflammation. In general, this is also an experience, but next year we will change the company. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Belgosstrakh as an insurance company for VMI. P.S. Oh, yes, and to finalize it, so to speak - they are probably all doctors there themselves and know better which doctor to sign up for. I say, "I need to see a gynecologist." "No, you need to see a urologist." Well, I went to the urologist who referred me...to the gynecologist :-)

There are two guys at the reception who are just fire! They quickly and clearly sorted out where to go, told the order of treatment and gave a contact phone number at 38 Kolesnikov with advice to call in advance and clarify whether it is possible to come now. I wish there were more such employees!

The terrible location of belgostrach. The parking lot is constantly packed. Cars drive onto sidewalks, almost into entrances. You can't get through with kalyaski and children, it's life-threatening.
