It is clear that it is better not to get here. But it just so happened that I was run into. I had to use insurance. Plus, Belgosstrakh is the city center. But after talking to the agents, it seemed to me that this was the only plus. It is also a disadvantage, because the availability of places for travel and parking is almost zero. And it's just useless to talk about the money that was accrued for the consequences of an accident. There wasn't even enough for garage specialists. And it's ridiculous to talk about the prices that were set by a hundred. Three times less. The argument that we will pay you later is rather strange . After all, contributions are collected from us "not later." And relieving oneself of responsibility for the assigned amount of payments generally seems somehow "idiotic." And then what does an appraiser get paid for? In short, I will most likely leave Belgosstrakh in favor of other companies. At least my first learning experience with them was not very successful. I'll be objective: the money for repairs has been refunded. At least something "pleasant".

I had to apply for an insured event for the payment of belgostrach. At first I thought everything was simple and without problems, but I was very wrong .... I've been hitting the thresholds since the end of January, I still haven't received payments ..... Very biased attitude of the lawyer of this institution, well, their doctors who work in belgostrach. The polyclinic sends papers, belgostrach does not accept them on some principle ... It was not possible to understand the essence .... It is unlikely that when I want to deal with them myself ... I will prefer another organization!

Thanks to them and my company, I managed literally the next day after my call to Belgosstrakh to do 2 expensive procedures, for which there are very long queues. They found fault with little things, just not to pay too much, went to the boss, knocked out the insurance a little bit, had to go to a hundred and take a certificate that the bumper was for replacement! How to take money for insurance, they are always welcome, but how to pay, it's not up to us to decide, it's a program! I do not recommend contacting them at all!

When buying a car, there was a casco binding to the Belgostrach. Not my choice. During the maintenance, I can explain that when assessing damage, the company does not calculate a sufficient amount for self-repair - this is a minus. It was in this department of the Bulgarian department that the appraiser made a good assessment. It should be enough for repairs :)

I call one number - they don't pick it up. I call another number - they say call the first number, and at 16.40 no one picks up the phone, although the working day is until 17.00. They call to remind me about the extension of insurance, and a couple of times there was such an intonation, as if I personally owed money to this insurer. And if suddenly you can't or don't want to continue to insure with them, then they start talking negatively, like, it will break, they will beat you, rob you, etc. (depending on what you insure), but you are not insured and there will be no payments. It's unpleasant to listen to this. Of course, I understand that they need to sell their services, but don't be so obsessive and negative.
