I tried to make an appointment with a doctor for a week, 2 times I had to drop the documents on Viber (deleted!) to confirm the primary! an appointment with a specific doctor, and to wait for an answer, you need to hang on the phone for an hour. And this is despite the fact that we are all working people. Such is the service for your already paid money. I am shocked that such a thing exists in the year 24. Of course, such a manner of communication with a client causes an unwillingness to simply continue communicating with a specific specialist who is unfamiliar with the rules of communication with clients. According to this manner of conversation, a conclusion is drawn about the entire organization, although this is far from the case (I personally was and issued insurance policies in other branches of Belgosstrakh - I have not encountered this). We kindly ask you to have an appropriate conversation with a specialist for more polite and tactful communication with visitors.
