Faced with the need to issue an insurance case for a medical insurance service. It is impossible to get through, I hung on the phone for about 30 minutes - I waited in line, made an application to my personal account - I waited for a response for a day, then another day I was recorded for examination. In general, they pay for insurance cases, but they clearly have a weak link in the number of specialists who deal with insurance cases.
