I enjoyed my layover in Belgrade airport. It’s not as crowded as I expected and as someone with anxiety I appreciated it. There are a few very nice cafes (the one near duty free is small but very popular considering a waiting line - the baristas and employees were very nice and very handsome guys ☺️).
There’s not a lot coffee shops, but I did enjoy a cup of coffee and camomile tea. The baristas, once again, were very lovely and smiled when I tried to speak “broken” Serbian. It’s a small thing but they were very friendly.
A lot of sitting places, if you have a night layover it’s almost empty and quiet. Good WiFi but it doesn’t work properly in some corners, not a very stable connection but it’s fixed once you find a spot.
Small but good duty free.
Overall I had a good time waiting for a flight to Moscow. The vibe was very welcoming, and the staff was amazing. The Air Serbia crew (SVO-TIV/TIV-SVO) was so sweet, I have slight air phobia but I felt safe during all the flights.
Хвала на свему!

Belgrade's airport offers a smooth and efficient travel experience. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, making you feel welcome from arrival to departure. It's wonderful that the local people are known for their amazing hospitality. While the lounge serves its purpose, a more modern upgrade would enhance the overall passenger experience. I look forward to seeing any future improvements on my next visit.

Great airport! Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport exceeded all expectations. Right from the entrance, you feel a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Spacious and clean halls, clear signage — everything is designed to make moving around the airport convenient and quick. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions. There are plenty of cafes and shops for every taste, making it easy to pass the time while waiting for your flight. A nice bonus is the free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating areas. Overall, a fantastic experience and positive impressions from my time at the airport. I would happily come back here again!

You may experience inpalate from the working staff. Personally, a man how I did not ask for help, because the crying of my two-year-old child and my inability to find my way at that moment after 18 hours of flight , told me that I was complicated in a tone that cannot be described in words.
A clearly unmarked path of movement. The impression that it is works for certain people, not for a people with small children, old and people with special needs

If there is no system down every little, would be 5 stars.. official parking in front of terminals is very expensive (approximately 3.5€/hour) but good alternative exist.. some parts of the airport are under the reconstruction but building looks nice, it's pretty good organised

There was no traffic, but the price was 400 more, as estimated.
There is a good Walter restaurant outside with reasonable prices.

The new airport's building is really good. But the public transport stops are not good marked enough. So, it is hard to find the right way for guests.

Bus 72 drives right up to the airport entrance, there are many exits (entrances) at the airport-it's convenient, the airport is constantly cleaned, clean, cultural service, the toilets are very clean, but there are no fountains or coolers with hot and cold water, but there is Wi-Fi, there are no interruptions to Internet access, repairs are still underway inside the airport building, but this does not interfere in any way. There are no flights after midnight, but the airport is open, although the air conditioners are turned on at night to cool or ventilate, so it gets very cold, there are no areas with chairs where you can sleep, but there are a lot of ordinary semi-soft seats. In general, the airport is comfortable and civil.

We now fly to European countries through this airport in Serbia, which is large, civil, cozy, lots of cafes and shops, a nice little duty free, last time we were updated, but transit flights from this airport are often delayed, the staff are kind, responsive, and often very fussy.
Anyway, thank you so much for the opportunity to transfer in the current situation!)

It's a good modern airport. But it's in some kind of constant repair. This is especially noticeable every time in the arrival area. Unfortunately, there are few services inside, a small selection of cafes and shops, and the building itself is built in such a way that the transitions are very long between the various gates and entrances/exits of the building. Waiting in line for border control is also quite difficult. Both on departure and after arrival. The option of automatic entry control for Serbian citizens has now been added. It got easier. Getting a taxi and waiting for an order is a real problem. The airport administration, in my opinion, should somehow simplify the access of cars to the terminal building.

A huge airport. It is somewhat similar from the street to the new airport in Istanbul.I was running around. This is the first time I've been to averbooking. When I bought the ticket, it wasn't mentioned anywhere. But everything worked out - she flew away. Flights to Russia are checked especially carefully. Because of this, the flight was delayed for 40 minutes, as they went through the frame again before boarding. Well, they check passengers into Russia when they check in. They ask you to open a suitcase, etc. So you need to arrive in advance. Dew free is large, but the choice is not impressive. A word of caution for those flying from this airport: do not open packages not only from duty-free, but also others, from pharmacies, for example. They won't let you on the plane. In the best case, if there is still time, run to re-pack your purchase, In the worst case, they will throw everything away. But overall, it left a good impression. Safety is above all.

It's a good airport, compact, and that's its advantage. But there are some misunderstandings with the departure from it to the city by bus, the stop is located on the minus floor, and there is also no information. Buses can travel in different directions under the same number and the waiting interval is more than 30 minutes. There are some unnecessary areas on the floors that do not have or perform any load, but this is not a problem.

I didn't see any advantages in the work of the airport! We arrived at 23.00.
No one is working. You can only change the currency in your ATM. There is only one available at all terminals in Paradise!!!!
If you have a card, it may be easier for you. But then there's no point in changing the currency!
On departure: I need a lot of water. I bought a bottle of water inside the airport, after (as it seemed to me) all the controls. But no!!!!!!!
Before landing, we were checked and the water was withdrawn. No problems. I'll be standing inside the plane. But why then the previous offices? If I knew, I wouldn't be wasting my brains. I'm having a bit of a misunderstanding

In principle, an ordinary airport, a good dutifrey, there are cool things. There are many places to sit. But it's still a rather empty and strange entrance. Without frames, and then to go up to passport control, you walk in huge zigzags. Well, nothing works there at night. If you stay overnight, the business lounge will not work, but in principle you can sleep on chairs and take a walk around dutifrey. It says that you can somehow pay online, but we didn't see it and didn't really look into it. And so it's a good airport

The airport is really big. And it seems that there are very few people there. The halls at the exits were empty or half-empty. Duty free is not very big and there is one payment point from all departments. There are not a lot of charging outlets, you need to look for a place. Before checking in, you first had to go to a separate room where your hand luggage was searched. I didn't like that check-in had already started, and the screens on the counters were inactive, without indicating flights, as if the staff was just sitting there. Even after check-in, the exit is not included in the boarding pass, it is announced later, 1.5 hours before departure. The staff speaks Serbian and English. Overall, it's not bad, there are a lot of transit flights.

It's a small airport, everything is clear and clear, the inspection was quick. The only thing is, at a relative's place (we were flying together), the border guard at passport control did not see a stamp for entry to Serbia (they put these stamps there anywhere) and says that there is no stamp (rather rudely, by the way), he does not say what to do, then finally deigned to look at all the pages, found and I almost threw this passport in my face. It was surprising and unpleasant, because in Serbia people are very friendly and sociable.

I have visited more than 30 countries, but I have not been treated like this at any airport in any country. So: I flew from Brussels via Belgrade to Moscow on March 21, 2025. I made a purchase in the Dutch free of Brussels (creams and a gift package of Belgian beer), which, as it should be, was packed in a transparent bag with a tamper-proof receipt. On boarding the plane, they did an additional screening for passengers (undress, turn on the laptop, well, that's all), and therefore, of course, there was a delay in departure (by the way, there was also a decent delay from Brussels, how to plan routes with such delays of +- an hour, think for yourself). After passing the frame, the security guards had questions about my purchase in the Dutch free of Brussels. They just opened the package with a ballpoint pen, unpacked the beer from the gift box, began to put it in some kind of thing, shake their heads and say - the device shows that it does not go through. As a result, they gave me one bottle from the package, put 3 on the window, apparently they will celebrate the end of the shift with expensive Belgian beer. The police are standing right there to intimidate the indignant passengers. The mood was such that at any moment they were ready to twist and lead away in an unknown direction. I have a question: there are certain rules for baggage, purchases, transportation, etc. Yes, after all, there are certain norms of behavior of civilized people, why do Serbs allow themselves to be lawless? That's how long I've been flying around the world, even in some of the friendliest countries in our country, I've never experienced such humiliation, lawlessness, and arbitrariness. There are international standards, but apparently not for everyone. I hope that these comrades, when flying to other countries, will experience a hundred times more the lawlessness of the locals, who have at least some influence on their freedom and movement. I have everything. I sincerely recommend building your route bypassing Belgrade. I have never experienced such disrespect and hatred at any airport in Europe.
