After studying the proposals from 5 companies for the production of monuments and landscaping, I decided to contact Belgranit. I was very pleased with the result. According to the terms of full completion, it was a little delayed (I expected up to 3 weeks), it took a month and a half, but this is within the limits of the contract. All stages of the work are discussed with you, starting from the calculation of the cost at the start, sketches of images, inscriptions from all sides with the artist, to the arrangement and acceptance of work. I was also at the production of the company, I was impressed with the volumes. The price for everything came out a little higher than expected, but it was worth it. The works that I wanted to see were done only here. As a result, it was simply done flawlessly. Thank you Belgranit for your professionalism 🤝

It was decided at the family council to update the monument to parents and make landscaping. I visited many companies in Bobruisk. On the advice of my nephew, we came to Belgranit. The company's employees were courteous and listened attentively to all our wishes. We made our proposals and eventually a compromise was found. During the work, the company's employees coordinated the inscriptions and the quality of the photo. Which of course is very important and you know that there will be no mistake. Yesterday, everything was done efficiently at the cemetery in Klichev; a fence was installed, tiles were laid and a monument was erected. Thanks a lot to the men (Sergey and others) for the hard work on the installation. I would like to express special gratitude to the director of the company and the order acceptance specialist (unfortunately I did not remember the name) all the terms of the contract have been met and the quality of the work has been controlled. We were very satisfied with the fulfillment of our order. For people who are looking for where to place an order = order, you will not regret it.

My inner voice tells me that the people around us should hear about this. Anyone can find themselves in such a situation. My history of cooperation with Belgranit is as follows.
When you lose a very close person, you want to do something that reflects your efforts and love for them. It's a monument... And that's what touched me, too. My dad passed away, and I really wanted to create a memory of him so that it would be worthy of him. And I think I did it! The Belgranit team helped me with this.
It all started like this: I was interested in various organizations in Mogilev, watched, called, traveled. One day, living next to the Belgranit production, I decided to stop by their place. I was greeted by a very kind, polite and intelligent employee, Galina. After talking to her, I realized that I had come to the right place. However, she couldn't accept my order because she works in production. Galina directed me to the office, which is located on Ostrovsky Street.
Arriving there, I was greeted by no less responsive and polite girls — Elena and Kristina. They offered me a lot of options, created something new and changed the proposed ideas. At the same time, no one hurried me; I was given time to think about everything. It deserves respect from them. Of course, they got a little tired of me, but they always remained polite and reserved. The words came from their lips: "This is our job." I want to say that with their help and advice, we created a joint memory of my dad, and we succeeded.
I also want to express my gratitude to all those who worked at various stages of the creation of this monument. I also bow low for the photo. I can't leave Ilya and his partner unnoticed — they were pouring, and the cladding team also did their best. And, of course, the end result is the installation of a monument. Guys, thank you so much!!! Unfortunately, I don't know all your names, for which I apologize.

But what it cost: the girls in the office are very pleasant and polite, all questions were answered, everything was decorated , then the process of making a layout begins and communication in the manager also with employees, but already as if with completely different ones , the layout was made (with grief in half, there are probably questions already to the designer, but I'm with I communicate with representatives of Belgranit, do I really have to control all employees further), I asked to change the epitaph at the stage of making the layout , they changed it , but then during the manufacture of the monument, the inscription turned out to be the original one (the question is - why is the layout made and approved at all), the inscription was corrected on the finished monument , landscaping and installation of the monument by different people they are engaged and this does not necessarily happen in one day , but I had to go from another city to see the work and pay the rest, I described the whole situation, they said come, in the end I had to stay because I did not have time
In general, there are no complaints about the quality of the work so far (there is a 5-year warranty, if anything), but there are still complaints about the organization of the entire process

They wanted to erect a monument of non-standard shape and visited several companies, including Belgranit. Here we liked both the deadlines and the attitude towards customers, and since the prices are the same everywhere plus/minus (and here they painted everything at once, took into account all the nuances, and not like in other companies, when sudden new lines are added to the estimates with each campaign), we chose this organization and did not regret any Just a second. The best choice. Throughout the entire period of cooperation, they were constantly in touch with us - they coordinated everything, helped with advice, took into account all our wishes. As a result, it turned out even better than we imagined - and the monument itself (given the unusual nature of the order), and the photo on it, and the landscaping - everything is high-quality and neat, conscientiously.
It would seem that constantly seeing the grief and tears of those who come to them, the workers could harden, but this is not about Belgranit - everyone (from the girls at the "acceptance of orders" to the guys at the factory and even the male installers) are extremely polite, pleasant, courteous and understanding. The attitude is just 100 points, all the people are there in their places! A team of real professionals! No wonder they have so many diplomas and commendations!

We ordered a monument for our son on May 16, 2024.. The execution period is from 15 to 65 days. To date, on July 21, 2024, the monument has not been installed. A monument site was filled in on the grave. There are no tiles. Tired of calling and driving to find out why the monument is not ready. The explanations are very stupid. The portrait on the monument is not ready because of the artist. The program crashes on the computer. We pay such money and we can't get proper service. Avoid this organization.

We ordered a monument from the Belgranit company in early February, in order to install it on the anniversary of my father's death. The anniversary is April 17th. Having called this organization in early April to clarify the installation, since the weather allows, I was redirected to, as I understand it, the head of the installers, Dmitry, with whom we agreed to install the monument by April 14, since we decided to make the anniversary of death a little earlier. But, there was some kind of incomprehensible story with the installation, in which Dmitry decided that we needed a monument 17 and landscaping was done 11, and they decided to install the monument itself, for reasons unclear to me, only 15. Although on the 11th, I called Dmitry and he told me that the monument would be erected on April 12 or 13. But unfortunately, when I came to the cemetery on April 14, there was no monument. It is a pity that such incompetent workers work in Belgranit, given that the landscaping of the grave now costs half of the monument itself.

Not only is the reason to contact this kind of organization "so-so", so be prepared to leave the remnants of peace of mind there. Deadlines are not met, you need to contact and remind about your existence a hundred times. The head of production is beaten off tightly, and it is unclear what she is doing there at all??? The measurements were made incorrectly. And to top it all off, the tiles are laid out from different batches (different shades). And chaotically. But the office itself assures us that everything is fire, and we just don't understand anything... As a result, the advice from the heart is to avoid this office. There is competition in this area
