The validity period of the Visa gold card expired, with which there were constant questions when making payments in online stores, when buying tickets online, etc. The card was serviced for free. There was no need to receive SMS notifications due to the fact that I use Internet banking and can view all my expenses there. Although in the last couple of years, expenses cannot be seen day after day, but only after 4-5, which also creates difficulties for me as a client of this bank and forces me to incur additional costs for SMS notification, which also costs money. The specialist at the department advised me to change my card to a Belcard in order to avoid payment difficulties, without notifying me that in the first month of using the card, I would be charged a 5.90 subscription fee, which happened after two days of using the card. This amount is debited provided that the turnover of non-cash funds is at least 800 rubles. I planned to fulfill this condition, so I agreed to these conditions. The question arises, if I pay 800 rubles in the month of card activation, will the service money be refunded to me?

The worst bank in Belarus, which does not even have the right to exist. I am a client of several banks in the Republic of Belarus, and unfortunately the salary card from the organization is served by this particular bank. I have never seen the most disgusting service in any other bank like here . The mobile application is being updated and it is impossible to install it yourself. You need to complete a whole quest at the bank..... They charge salary cards (upon receipt of 700 rubles per month) for monthly maintenance of 6 rubles........ I repeatedly wrote and complained to the management, it was useless. I wish they 'd shut it down !!!!!!!
