The worst bank branch I've ever been to. Weekday, the time is 17:39, people have the end of the working day. There is 1 specialist for the entire department. Service for one client is 25+ minutes. The administrator left the workplace without waiting for 18:00. Why can't employees' working hours be properly distributed so that more specialists work during peak hours?!

I've never seen worse banks! Absolutely incompetent employees who do not care about the reputation of their bank (I'm not talking about everyone). I will not describe my situation, because it takes a long time and there are a lot of emotions! Go around this bank, and the bank's management is advised to PUT THINGS IN ORDER!
