I got stressed when visiting the store, but I learned useful information… 1. When buying at the Belita-Vitex store at 122 Dzerzhinsky Ave., Minsk, Vitex cleaning products (I picked up various tools and examined them), I felt a strong burning sensation on the palms of my hands, then a white plaque appeared, which was not erased by anything. I was seriously scared, I didn't know what to expect next. It's still chemistry. The seller Samutina S.S. did not respond to numerous requests to wash her hands, only after the woman from the queue joined in, they first gave me a piece of toilet paper (a useless thing in this situation), and then they still showed me where the washbasin was. But it didn't help anymore, judging by everything, I got a palm peeling. In the following, I found out that I was a liar and it is unknown where my hands were injured, that I had to find the bottle from which I had such a reaction (a strange offer to a person who had not yet passed the burning sensation from the first touches to the product), the seller Samutina is not obliged to help anyone or even call an ambulance. The purchase was for 40 rubles. and consisted of 4 rather large bottles for which a package was needed, otherwise you would not take it away. I made the purchase, but did not ask for the package. To be honest, I was very upset by the situation. It turned out that the package is paid, but you can no longer pay for it with a card (it costs very little, the card will not make such a payment), that no one will put a purchase in the package for me (self-service in the store) and I did not ask for a receipt. And all this against the background of problems with the palms. 2. I like Belita and Vitex products. For many years I have been going to the shops of these manufacturers in the Stolitsa shopping center and on 78 Myasnikova Street. I am used to polite treatment, they will always give me a free package, put a purchase there, very often I received gifts when buying from 15 rubles. And in this store, when buying for 40 rubles., I received a gift in the form of stress. It turned out that some Belita-Vitex stores belong to Belita, and others to Vitex. Therefore, you will not see Belita cosmetics promotions in Belita-Vitex stores, which belong to Vitex. If you mainly buy Belita cosmetics, then you need to go to the shops owned by Belita. The store at 122 Dzerzhinsky Ave. belongs to Vitex. Conclusions. 1. The situation seems to be quite simple. If the seller had reacted immediately and calmed down, then no one would have found out about this situation. I am writing about this because it is not acceptable for me when a person says that he is not obliged to help anyone (especially when he is asked for help in such situations). Of course, this is a matter of conscience for a particular person. It's just a pity that this attitude towards customers is supported by the management 2. I am glad that there are caring people among us who will help. 3. It is upsetting that there are elderly people among us who have not seen anything, but are ready to witness no matter what, but on the side of the store. 4. And I got the impression that sellers and management do not know basic safety standards, which is why such situations arise. The first is to wash off the product with water, and not wipe it with toilet paper. 5. I determined after 2 weeks (when I finally picked up my purchases in this store) the remedy from which I had such a reaction. It is a carpet and upholstery product. So, be careful.
