The situation is as follows: I went shopping, chose a product, and the amount at the checkout turned out to be higher than the price tag. The seller's answer is oh, probably confused, the price on the computer is higher, etc. I ask you to give me a complaint book, they don't give me, they say I'll call the manager now and she will decide. I've been waiting for 10 minutes, no one answered. I wasted my time and nerves, but I didn't even hear an apology in response.
So she left with nothing, without goods and no one gave her a book of comments. They violate all possible consumer rights. And apparently not the first one. I've already heard about their "good" work.
