Unfortunately, after returning the jacket, I found that it was returned to me in an unsatisfactory condition: with a torn loop and with obvious damage. I understand that the warranty does not apply to accessories, but giving the customer an item with defects such as damaged and damaged is terrible.

After the dry cleaning, all the buttons were missing from the trousers. I discovered it only a few months later, since the trousers are summer. I was going to wear them, but there are no buttons.
