I gave a white coat to be cleaned, when I received it in two places, the management turned out to have several spots in the form of dots as from a pen, showing them to the woman who issued the order (12/18/23 at 18:00-18:30), I heard in response a rude tone with a reproach that they wanted if they handed it over, after my suggestion to look in the in the description that I submitted, a rework was proposed, which, of course, I have to agree to.On 19.12 I got a call that everything was fixed and on 20.12 at 19h. I came back for a coat that had residual, i.e. the same spots, but weakly expressed, I left it in the alteration again.I ask the management to pay attention to the quality of service and recruitment, because with such maintenance, the dry cleaner must work on a volunteer basis for a nominal fee.

I write standing up for my grandmother, tk insisted on a receipt and returned 126p for a blanket that cost $ 150. They also took the horror for the "DRY CLEANING" itself! As I understand it, the woman wanted to hide from the management about the damage and the dry cleaning allegedly went fine. The washing itself really went fine, but when it was carried to the dryer, Tolya incorrectly set the temperature regime, negligently treating it as artificial fur! If they don't have temperature control! She wanted to get rid of it faster!!! But the fact remains! The bedspread is cooked! Having returned 126p from his pocket. The woman made me write a receipt!And pay for the fact that her thing was ruined! Also by taking him away! Dear management! Please respond! How so?! Grandma is ill for the second day! I can't find anywhere near the same, because it was bought a long time ago! And for a lot of money!
There are 2 pillows in the photo that were not carried there. To understand the quality of the bedspread!
