The store has been in my favorites since I was a student. I love the concentration camp, the soul can unfold there!
An important factor in any place is the staff! Here I would like to express my gratitude to the staff! The other day, we made a purchase with a child and my daughter was so carried away that she forgot her toy at the checkout. I had to get in touch by phone the very next day to find out if there was a missing person. We were pleasantly surprised: polite communication, efficiency and attentive approach to our (at first glance petty) problem! Everything was found!

The store has already opened after the renovation. I came to pick up an online order and was surprised: despite the small area, there is a good selection of stationery (the store specializes in them), friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The store's employees do not respond to calls to the call center, do not pick up the phone. I have been waiting for an order since mid-April. During this time, there was not a single notification about where he was or whether he could be picked up. Logging into your personal account is a whole story. The buttons on the site work every other time, the order statuses are unclear. There is no feedback.
