Heads of workshops (Sokolov)they are boors with the masters, they constantly say don't get poisoned, quit, they just mock the workers... no one is going to fix broken machines for a month or more, everything works on snot, you need to beg for the necessary spare parts for machines for half a year and then... mostly pensioners and criminals work, the salary is the lowest of the enterprises and therefore normal workers do not come here..
