Great studio! Real professionals in their field! Polite and sooooo patient staff! The bouquet was formed remotely. The florist girl shot detailed videos at all stages of the bouquet formation, from the choice of flowers to the finished product. The bouquet was simply gorgeous, supplemented with a postcard, and a congratulatory inscription was made. Special thanks to the courier girl, the bouquet was delivered on time, the courier girl was friendly and polite, her charming smile created a festive mood for the recipient, which was very important for me, as a buyer.
It is very convenient that there is a payment service from abroad.

I left an order for a flower arrangement, I was recorded and asked to reset a message on Viber, the order was needed early in the morning a day later, as a result, nothing was ready, the store employee simply did not know anything about it, or simply forgot to look at the order list...as a result, I had to wait until the florist came up with "something similar" from what is on display...Of course, there were no apologies, discounts, etc... I often buy flowers in this store, but next time I won't order anything there 100% in advance, and I'll think about whether to go there now at all, a very unpleasant aftertaste remains...
