For their approach to customers!!!and for the quality of the products… You are the best... how many situations have I had..., from / there was no goat's milk for the baby..., called Elena at the call/ center.., helped solve the issue...🙏😊, to the girls at the Machine Builders ... accounting... everything is fast, clear.., ordered a lot, the storekeeper guy put everything in the trunk ... you just TOP 1 in the Republic of Belarus in terms of customer orientation and quality of products... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏respect! The prices are not bad for their products, so I decided to try an online store.
Minus 3 stars for the "coherence" of the warehouse's work with the call center. In the morning, they called to confirm the order, and I confirmed it. I asked what time I could pick up the order, they replied that AT ANY TIME FROM 9 TO 17. I arrived at 14:20, and the only person on the issue was at lunch :) As a result, I went out for lunch to pick up the order and did not invest in my lunch. Neither on the website nor on the sign is their lunch time indicated. They say they walk when they can, i.e. anyone can get into a situation like me.

Not dairy products at all. Milk doesn't taste like milk. Kefir is not kefir, but some kind of sourness. Not koumiss, not ayran, not kefir. They live their own lives.
