We were here 1 year ago in October. On the website, it's clearly stated that pools are warming up. But when we came to the hotel it was very cold. At first, the administration said that warming would start on Monday. It didn't. After this, they said that something is broken and never turned it on. Everything else was OK, but without pools and sea it's very hard to relax...

I've been traveling to Turkey for 30 years, every year, I've seen a lot of different places, I remember this hotel for a long time, but I haven't been to it, and now I'm finally here, which I'm very glad about. The rooms are small, but everything is decent, they clean well, every day, if desired, they change the linen, at least every day. There is not much extra food in the restaurant, in the sense of 10 types of chicken or meat with different sauces, everything is specific. Everything is fresh, there is a large selection of different greens. There is a coffee shop, baking is there from 15 to 18 hours, and this is also correct in my opinion. There are plenty of places to sit down with a cup of coffee and tea, and the lobby bar is cozy. There is a winter concept for alcohol in December, many people know what it means. In dry weather, there is a cafe by the sea. In general, there are more advantages than disadvantages. Yes, I forgot to tell you how big the zoo is, the animals are well-groomed, nice.

Nice hotel! Clear sea. Lots of activity. There is a large selection of imported alcohol on the buffet. There are tennis courts and soccer fields. The buffet meals are quite good. Bellis Deluxe Hotel 5*, we are currently vacationing with two families with eight children for the May holidays of 2025. We liked the hotel very much, it has a large, clean and well-maintained territory. Cleanliness is everywhere, in the room, on the beach, in the toilets on site, in the pools. We live in two family rooms in the main building, on the sixth and last floor. The rooms were different, we had a great big corner room, with beds in each room and plus a sofa, with a large balcony and direct sea views. The second family also has a sea view, but the room consists of two identical small rooms with beds and a smaller balcony. We were checked in at about 2 p.m., there were no available rooms, the second family was checked in as soon as we arrived in the morning, but on the first floor, the next day they changed to our floor without any problems. The mattresses and pillows fit me, they're hard, but I'm comfortable. The bed linen and towels are all clean and fresh, there are slippers, a bathrobe is hanging in the closet, but we don't need it. There are no complaints about cleaning, everything is OK, they forgot to put towels on once, they brought them after the reception call, but this is a small thing. The food is all there, as in the standard good Turkish five, the meat in different types is always soft, there are fish, seafood, a lot of crayfish, but they are small, and you have to tinker with them, clean them, so we don't take them, and the people just take whole plates. Lots of fruits, strawberries, oranges, grapefruit, kiwi - everything is sweet and delicious. There is a main restaurant, there is a restaurant on the beach until 16.00. (very convenient, of course, the choice is smaller, but it's best to have a snack in the afternoon). Ice cream, ayran, water in the refrigerators in the bars are freely available, very convenient. The waiters are smart everywhere, they bring any drinks without any problems and quickly, as soon as we approach the table, they immediately bring water, thank you. The staff is very friendly everywhere. An excellent outdoor kids' club is located next to the beach, preschoolers and primary school age children enjoy spending time there. The younger one spends several hours there every day having fun, giving her mom a break. Excellent water parks, for children and adults. The adult one has four slides out of six, heated pools of 28-31 degrees in the water. The animation is different both in the afternoon and in the evening. There are 4 ping-pong tables, we enjoyed playing. There was a concert by Stas Mikhailov in a clearing by the beach on May 4, thank you, it was great. The beach is sandy, there are good sun beds, there are a lot of them, so there is no point in running in the morning and taking up space. Toilets by the beach, showers, changing rooms, everything is there. The entrance to the sea is gentle, ideal for children. If your room is in the main building and has a sea view, then of course it's very noisy with music in the evening, good sound insulation saved the balcony doors, you close and you can't hear anything, you can sleep. There is a small cute zoo on the territory, I liked it. In general, we are satisfied with our stay, the hotel is friendly and positive, I recommend you to visit. It would also be nice to ban smoking on the beach, one smokes, and the smell is all over the beach, ugh. Gentlemen, please do not smoke in public places, it is really very unpleasant for others.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Bellis Hotel. From April 18 to April 28, 2025. We really liked everything, the hotel has a huge green area, beautifully maintained. There are even special walking paths (1600m), several pools, and heated pools in the water park. The beach is beautifully equipped, with numerous sun beds, sandy 300 meters, and even wooden paths. In general, everything is very well thought out and comfortable. The service is very good, the staff is polite and helpful. I would like to express my deep gratitude for the congratulations on my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised and touched when champagne, fruit and a cake with candles were brought to the room. We had a family vacation at the Bellis deluxe Hotel in May. The territory is large, green, and the hotel has a fairly large zoo. Nice hotel. Service in restaurants and bars for 5.The interior is more European. Who needs a big lobby and chandeliers, not here. Alcohol is different. Animation for children at 4. Room cleaning is normal. The only thing I didn't like was the friendliness and tact of the cleaners on the floor. We were a family in Bellis twice. The first time we lived in the Jasmine building. There's a separate territory, it's quiet, peaceful, the birds are singing. Its own swimming pools, a bar and a separate Begonvile restaurant, where guests of this building can eat. We were very satisfied and returned to the same hotel this year, but we have already booked accommodation in the Camelia building (at the same price as the room in the main building). The main meals took place in the main restaurant. There are a lot more people , which was annoying at first . But there were always enough places , the waiters tried to approach the guests immediately or at the first request . The dishes were often repeated , but the selection is very large . Everything is deliciously cooked, there is enough of everything. The territory is green and well maintained . What we noticed for ourselves : the swing was removed from the beach , there were no fish in the pond near the main building . We were there last year. The wicker swing was removed from the Begonville restaurant. Too bad, that was the highlight of that part of the hotel. In general, I recommend staying in the Jasmine building with great comfort and privileges. The hotel leaves fond memories of itself, but next vacation we will go to another one) .

Everything is great. We have already stayed at your hotel twice. Excellent conditions for both adults and children. The staff is attentive and helpful. I really liked that the children's pool was heated, as we had a rest already in late October and early November. The children's room is also at 5, although we thought it would be more modest at the end of the season. The kitchen is on an excellent level. There are many pools, 2 heated outdoors and 1 in the spa. We had a rest in April 2024, the weather was +30, the pool with slides was warm, both adults and children rode. The food is varied and tasty, lots of seafood: fish, shrimp, crayfish, red fish. There are different shows in the evening, and in May there are already concerts by stars. We really liked the Bellis Deluxe Hotel! We visited in early March, during the off-season, but even at this time there is something to do here. It is clear that the animals are well cared for, everything is clean and tidy. I especially remember the panhandling raccoons - they are so funny, they are already used to having guests treat them to something delicious. 😄 Entertainment and leisure Although March is not the peak season, there is plenty of entertainment. The pools are heated in both the children's and adult water parks. I was very pleased with the availability of tubing slides – it is comfortable to ride, without unpleasant sensations from joints (which happens in many hotels). My daughter (7 years old) liked the kids' club where she played and made crafts – it's clear that they really work with children. In the evening, a mini-disco was held in the Lounge bar, after which the children went to the cinema to watch cartoons, while the adults stayed to enjoy the show, live music or karaoke. 🎶 Food The food at the hotel is just great! During the week, the menu was completely boring: red fish steaks, several types of meat, delicious salads and snacks. Excellent omelets and cheesecakes are prepared in the morning (which is rare for Turkish hotels, where overcooked dough is often served). Location Some complain that the hotel is far from the shops, but we saw only advantages in this – silence, tranquility, no city noise. And if you need to go shopping, Yandex Taxi will take you to The Land of Legends in 8 minutes (300 rubles), from where you can walk to the Kadri market. There is nothing for party people to do here, that's for sure, but just for those who decided to relax and relax in silence, this place is for you. VERY TASTY FOOD! I was really stunned, almost everything is delicious here! Especially meat! I had a spoiled opinion from the patrons of different countries, because I thought that they all cook disgusting food, any of all categories, but here are the same dishes, but they are delicious! It is rare to come across something that is not tasty. There is a small good zoo, some kind of stable, but this is not for me, there are no details here. We came to Bellis in February 2025 for the third time. We have holidays in Turkey 2-4 times a year, we have been to Dobedan hotels (all three), Akka Antedon, Rixos Premium Belek, Trendi Lara and many others. The hotel is wonderful, especially for winter holidays. This is practically the only hotel that has an adult and children's water park, a zoo and a gorgeous territory heated throughout the winter. Despite the fact that it was cool at the beginning of February and a maximum of 15 degrees Celsius, the sun warmed up to 25 and we swam in the water park every day. The slides are good, the 7-year-old child was happy. The zoo is our special love. We went there every day, took an apple from breakfast, and fed the horses. Deer, ostriches, peacocks, many different birds, a large aviary with flamingos, rabbits, monkeys – the zoo is excellent and very well maintained. For a fee, the child was ridden 2 times on a horse around the hotel past the Jasmine buildings to the Begonville restaurant. We were very satisfied with the food, red fish was for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seafood, mussels, octopus salad, grilled fish, stewed fish were always available. There is a large selection of meat. I would like to note that the selection is varied and everything is cooked deliciously. Sometimes it happens that there is a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat, but this is not about Bellis. The food in Bellis is really delicious. There was a large selection of fruits, probably 8 types. The alcohol is good, imported alcohol is served by default. Cocktails are great to make. We were accommodated in the main building, the room was normal, not super big, but also not cramped, very clean. We didn't hear any noises from the neighbors day or night. In general, everything in the hotel is cleaned, no repair flaws are visible, everything is very well maintained. When the child dropped the toy behind the sofa, I fearfully pushed the sofa away, I was afraid that the toy would be covered in dust, but it was clean, it shows the high level of the hotel. By the way, Bellis's advantage is the presence of disinfectants everywhere, even at the elevator The hotel is not in the village, the nearest Migros is a 30-minute walk away, and there is a good pharmacy with government prices and Russian-speaking pharmacists not far from the X-belek hotel. The sauna is good, a hammam with a hot stone, 2 saunas, a steam room. Towels are provided everywhere without any problems. By the way, bathrobes are provided at the hotel upon request, two adults and a child were brought to us almost immediately after check-in. In general, the service at the hotel is excellent, all the staff is friendly. Guest relations are great, I talked more with Dasha, once with Marina. The girls are always in touch and constantly ask if everything is okay when they meet. We responded promptly to requests, for example, I asked to bring a bottle opener to the room. The mini club is good, the child did not get out, he earned 2 medals in 7 days. We did crafts and played games. For the winter period, the mini club is especially important when you are not on the beach all day. The animators are great. In the evening there were magicians, dance shows, acrobats. There is also a very conveniently located bar next to the mini club (some moms will understand me). You can sit with an aperol or a martini glass and relax while the child is entertained by the pros. The hotel has good mattresses and pillows, and the sleep was excellent. After the third visit, I can say that the hotel is excellent and recommended to visit.

Nice hotel, for a relaxing stay. We had a rest in the off-season from 03/08/2025. We arrived at 8 a.m., went to breakfast and were immediately checked in, without extra charges. The beach was clean, but the water was still cool, so we swam in the indoor pool, and after lunch the slides were already working. Why they don't give cakes and pastries for breakfast is a mystery to me. But in the evening for dinner, the sweet eyes run away. The first time we lived in the main building overlooking the sea, it was super, but it was noisy at night because of the animation. This year we took the camellia case and did not lose. A more peaceful area for relaxing and sleeping, while everything is also accessible to the restaurant and the beach and other activities, and we were comfortable with a 3-year-old child. This is the best hotel for me! I've been here 2 times and I'll definitely be happy to visit again. The territory is simply huge, you can walk 15 thousand steps every day and not even notice it. The rooms are clean, yes, not high-tech renovation, but the renovation is excellent and once again I note that the main thing is clean and spacious. There is a beach with a classic approach, and there is a pier (by the way, there is a bar on it). There is a huge amount of food, a choice for every taste and color, there is a table of healthy food (or for those who can only boiled/ steamed), European desserts (cakes and tiramisu) and Turkish, and such that you'll die. The staff speaks Russian. There is a spa and a hammam. There's a show every night. It's also a paradise for children - there's a kids' club and plenty of appropriate entertainment. Bellis is a hotel that I can safely recommend to all my friends.

We stayed at this hotel from April 27 to May 3, and not for the first time. We really like the hotel. And a separate love of the child and ours was taken by Julia, our favorite animator, kind and attentive to children. In every game, a month later, the child remembers Julia with warmth and sends all the children to get to know her. I would also like to mention Natalie's leadership, they are very attentive to children. I really like the hotel as a whole, the territory is just a delight, the zoo is a great place for children. I would like to update the rooms and be more attentive to the guests and the maids (they put 1 towel for the face, although there are three of us. That 's 1 shampoo for three people) . But in general, we love this hotel and would like to return to it more than once. There is a lot of food and every taste.

It immediately became very noisy on the territory, they climb into interactivity, where you won't come (shooting, darts, bocce, volleyball) There's just no room left for you. At the bar, if one person stands in line, consider that he has taken a place for the whole team. The dance floor at the disco is just theirs. They lie in the bathhouse, they sit at once, of course, with the whole team. The staff is poor, they just got all worked up, for any reason (in a bar or restaurant they are too lazy to go for drinks, he is a 'football player', he will walk on the field) The staff simply does not have enough energy or time for ordinary vacationers, although they are doing their best. The food in the dining room is in a good assortment, it tastes pretty decent - you don't have to go to restaurants). There were always empty seats in the lobby and lounge bars. Alcohol is good imported. Service - 4. We didn't wait for an escort at the entrance (we waited 15-20 minutes) - we went to check in ourselves. At the check-out, we also went on foot with suitcases. Free sun beds were always available, including on the pier, where there is also a bar. The shore and the entrance to the water are sandy. Toilets near the beach need to be cleaned better. Outdoor pools - 5. Swimming pool -2 pcs., children's -1 pcs., children's and adult water parks. In general, this is a hotel where I would like to return).

A huge well-groomed territory, a clean large beach, but take the sun beds on the first line until 7 am. The bars and restaurants are all spotless. There are many bartenders and waiters from Kazakhstan. Their level of training and customer service is head and shoulders higher than that of their Turkish counterparts. Room cleaning is certainly excellent, only Turkish girls are already working here and there are no complaints, only gratitude for their work. The food is varied in all directions, a good choice. There were almost not enough grilled dishes and mutton. But it's a matter of taste. You won't be hungry. Five-plus alcohol, a lot of expensive original imported alcohol in all bars. Excellent coffee is brewed throughout the territory. Summary: come and you won't regret it. And of course, special thanks to Marina, the head of the hotel's guest relations service. The small problem that arose was solved instantly.
