The staff is very rude, very arrogant, and it's really unpleasant to work with them at all. It feels like they're doing laundry in their own washing machine in their own house. They're talking to me with such a favor and rudeness, even I, as a calm, adequate person, came out of there on nerves because of some 5 minutes.
