We wait. Then at 21-25 I log into the application again and instead of the status Being Prepared, I see the Order was Canceled 10 minutes ago. Without notification or explanation, the order was simply cancelled unilaterally. I call the call center, inform the order number and the operator asks me to wait for the Manager's call to solve the problem with an unexpected cancellation of the order.
