I will leave a review as a retail buyer of their products (pulse oximeter). When they arrived at the place of sale, the sellers told them to contact this organization for information. After a brief conversation, they offered to leave it at the pharmacy for replacement. A new device was sent 2 days later. I was pleasantly surprised by the clear and quick replacement. I recommend paying attention to who the supplier of the equipment is when buying. If this is an organization, then you know that there will be no problems with the warranty equipment.

The organization did well. In the first and second waves of covid-19, equipment was repaired (patient monitors, infusion pumps. ECG defibrillators) resuscitation in the shortest possible time, understanding the responsibility to doctors and patients. In some cases, the head gave the command for repairs at 0. Thanks from the doctors in the area. They continue to treat. Doctors have something to work on and something to treat.
