In my opinion, the worst idea is to insure a car in this insurance company!!!! Payment of 20% of the damage, the car since then. By inspection, and the accident is not my fault, and then dry excuses and downcast eyes!!! I don't recommend it to anyone!!!! No insurance, just making money!!!!

Everything is normal, except that the working hours are inconvenient, and it turns out that if you go to the doctor with an injury not every day, but when they gave you a ticket at the clinic (after a couple of days), then in their opinion this is "not an insurance event"
