The bathrooms are always clean.

07.11.2024 at about 12:00 we stood in line for about half an hour. We initially stood at the 2nd checkout, when the cashier was released, we went there for 1. To which the cashier silently turned around and left. The young man refused to serve from the second cash register, they say the cashier will come there soon, wait. It is impossible to refuel the car. There was a queue at the pump behind us, and drivers from other cars were outraged. When asked why the young man did not want to serve us, I heard the answer: "there are many of you, but there are three of us!". Then he went to cook hot dogs further. He repeated several times that he would just leave now.
I think this is not acceptable. The staff is not interested in proper service. We were aiming for a snack, which means spending a lot more money than we ended up with. I didn't want to have lunch in such an institution with such incompetent people. And you won't want to! Rude is rude. I wouldn't take such an employee with me to the team! You lose your image, it's humiliating to allow such a manner of communication! I would really ask the management to pick up the cameras and figure it out. You can't do that, really!

Great gas station! 2 clean bathrooms: at the gas station itself from the street and a separate box. All hygiene products are available: disposable seats, napkins, soap, paper, antiseptic. Everything is clean and tidy! Great respect to the employees! A cozy cafe with a good selection of snacks and drinks)

There was a full refueling of people (30 people), only 3 sellers worked, besides, for the sake of 1 French dog, all three cashiers left for 5 minutes, there was no cook. We missed the bus (we had an excursion stop) and got hit in the ears because of the gas station. The mood is ruined for the whole tour

At the moment of choosing food, they noticed how the operator left the room and began to lay out the finished products with her bare hands. When we made a remark to her, she replied that everything was sterile. At the same time, we refused all purchases. On what basis can gas station operators disregard sanitary standards? Today 01.08.24 I stopped at the Belorusneft gas station to have a snack and refuel. I witnessed a blatant violation of all norms and rules of sanitation:the operator laid out the finished products with her bare hands. We ordered coffee and a French dog 2 pcs. for a 7.99 promotion
The coffee is not bad) But here's French.... There is almost no crumb (as if someone had picked it out), only a little ketchup was felt from the sauces at the very bottom.... The loaf is dried to madness!
