I stopped at the gas station on 08/05/24 at about 7 a.m. The woman with the short haircut was on shift. It has been impossible to refuel with gas during her shift for over a year. He always comes up with some rules that do not exist at any Belarusneft gas station. Once again, all hope is for this gas station, and once again I get on her shift, I'm late for work.
It's better not to go to the gas station this shift, it's a very unpleasant feeling after such a good morning😉

The fuel is super! The car didn't complain!
The team is super! The food is very acceptable for a snack, and most importantly, what I liked, they sell alcohol.
There is air, a vacuum cleaner, a smoking area, benches.
And the toilet is perfectly clean and there are no problems with paper.

I stopped at this gas station to fill up the car, and have a coffee. At the same time, he was very tired after a hard day.
I turned to the cashier, asking him to fill up the fuel tank, and make me and my wife a cup of coffee.
The cashier asked me to make coffee for myself.
No problems. I go to their coffee machine, there are no instructions for use, but everything seems to be intuitive, you press the button, and you get coffee. That's what I did. At the same time, I look, the coffee just starts pouring into an empty tray. As it turned out, you also need to substitute a cup before that, which does not automatically leave, as in some other coffee machines. But I did not know this, because there were no instructions for use, no tips from the cashier, the cups were much to the left of the coffee machine, and in general I rarely order coffee at the gas station.
Anyway, I'm making myself a new coffee.
I go to the cashier, and they ask me to pay for the spilled coffee.
I look at them with eyes of 5 kopecks, and ask - in what sense should I pay for spilled coffee? Did you send me to do self-service without instructing me, without posting instructions, and still want to pay for coffee, a product/service that you did not provide me with?
I must say that I have not seen such a level of service before. Naturally, I refused to pay for the coffee that was not provided. Why did the cashiers call the police on me, saying that I was making a scandal!!! (Although I was very polite and calm). You've spent a lot of my nerves and strength!
In general, we spoiled the impression of this gas station very, very much. And also very much boosted the mood, at the end of a hard day. I just wanted to order a coffee...

However, the queues that exist on Fridays and weekends have not gone away (I drive along the highway for 10). The gas station is visible from afar! The check-in is quite convenient. The staff is not very agile. There are no urns on the street, the one I found was "hidden" behind the fence. The tire booster does not work (there is no tip for mounting to the nipple). The entrance to the toilet is only through the main hall, although there is a door with a WC sign outside.
