When comparing in another department, the employee himself offered options on how to make the shipment cheaper. Among the advantages: a spacious room, lots of seating.

If you pick up parcels in the afternoon, when there is a separate window only for delivery, then everything is very fast.
There are always a lot of grandmothers and other marginals in the regular cash register who need something in the mail. Therefore, everything can be very long. But this is not a question for the post office, but for its customers.
Now they have implemented an electronic queue, everything has become fine. You sit down and wait for someone to call you!
But because due to the large flow of customers, you still have to wait a long time, the last time 13 people had to wait for 3 cash desks for about 30 minutes, so I put only 4.
