I would also like to note the extremely boorish, sorry, it is impossible to describe in other words, the attitude and behavior of the post office staff. The "ladies" at the checkout can't even specify the phone number correctly or figure out the problem, let alone the manner of communication. They do not provide a complaint book, although they must provide it upon request. There are always huge queues in the establishment.
My advice to you is that if you don't want to ruin your nerves, run out of money and without a parcel, and stand in a kilometer-long queue, don't use this place. It is better to use euro mail.

In winter, when the interns worked for them, it was open and it was very convenient, there was no need to stand in this queue with a stroller in this stuffy place. If this window worked, there would be much fewer queues. The same girls work there. There is one woman with short hair, a little fat. Here she really just wants to write a thank you. With all this work of their nervous system, she still remains a kind, sympathetic person. When I was pregnant in the last stages, I missed my turn by accident. And when she came up to the window to ask, she was just so kind to me, like, yes, you can't stand in queues at all, you need to take care and all that. She gave me the package like this. I am directly grateful to her so far. It was summer, so hot, stuffy. Such actions can prevent something bad from happening.
There is also an office there where you can receive parcels without a track number, so it is closed during its official opening hours. Irresponsibility is simple. And you have to defend your turn.
In general, Belpost should do some work with older people who come to pay for an apartment. Let them either do it at the terminal or go to the bank. I think that Belpost should not deal with payments at all. There are a lot of bank branches for this.
