My rating is a solid four stars for the efforts of most employees, the desire to strive for improvement and improve the quality of service.
The star was removed for unstable / non-permanent notification by SMS or viber about the receipt of parcels. Failures / delays in the receipt of paper notifications, sometimes they are brought a few days after receiving the parcel at the branch, which causes confusion (it may not be worth bringing notifications after receiving the parcel).
In general, I wish patience and self-development to the employees! :)
