It's a terrible place. When they stop accepting utility bills, phone bills, etc. the 21st century and people go for a receipt. Poor postmen sort mail and serve customers. They save on workers as much as they can and probably also pay them a spear. There are only 3 windows on this mail. The employees are very good. But the system itself is rotten.

Parcels are searched for like treasures in Siberia - for a thousand years, sometimes you can forgive waiting for your parcel for 15 minutes. There is nothing to say about the queue: you come at 17:00, take a ticket, and in front of you there are 50 people in the queue. Without jokes or exaggerations, on May 24th I came, I was number 180, while the last person in the queue was number 130. Very often, parcels do not arrive, it is unclear whose fault it is.

There is no place more terrible. Eternal queues do not exist at any time. 40 people each. Cashiers work as slowly as possible. Just the other day I came to pick up the parcel, not only did I sit in line for more than an hour, but I also heard the rudeness of the cashier, who could not find my parcel without the help of a colleague.
