Great mail. Everything is very fast, there are no queues. The maximum time I spent there was 15 minutes. Polite staff. Clean, neat.

Clean, beautiful. The electronic queue makes waiting very easy, there are many places to sit down. Info kiosk, you can make quick payments. There are goods needed in everyday life, such as pots, towels and much more. The steps have been repaired, now it is safe to walk.

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and courteous. We talked as if we were family. Very nice staff. There is everything you need to pack a parcel. They gave me bubble wrap, tape, and scissors. In the post office in St. Petersburg, for comparison, we couldn't even buy Scotch, let alone the one provided by the staff.

Specialists are always almost soooo slow to work. Now 6 people, taking into account the work of two windows, passed in 35-40 minutes.... Moreover, all operations, plus or minus, are the same. Pick up or give away parcels. As for me, it's a very long time.

I don't know, maybe I got so accidentally, but the staff is like from the satire of the USSR - evil and boorish attitude. The mood was not spoiled - in principle, it was expected based on the expression on their faces and the manner of communication. Maybe there used to be a prison nearby, it leaves an imprint... I won't go there anymore - there are a lot of other places in the city.
