Am I still outraged by such extortion, on the basis of which I have to pay for nothing? It's not about these pennies, it's a matter of principle. What if the letter had been there for a year? Would I have been presented with an amount of 300 rubles, for example? I want you to figure this out and explain on what basis these extortions are based, even with an issued check for payment? This is already some kind of lawlessness and their pettiness has changed my mind, both to the department and to the staff. The sediment is simply unpleasant! I have to pay some money for storing a piece of paper (not parcels or parcels), an ordinary letter, which I am not involved in!

Often, instead of the head of legal entities, a blonde of 40 years old with a haircut works (probably the deputy head of the post office), behaves disgustingly and not professionally with clients: she does not complete the paperwork, may forget to sign the invoice, she has to go back and look for it (there were several times), while still in raised tones you can hear her comments.. They issue an invoice for one quantity, you pay, it turns out they don't have that much in stock, and when they bring it, it's necessarily more expensive, and you take 290 envelopes instead of 300, for example..it is unpleasant that they are not informed in advance, you can also pay the difference, but only before the fact. There are basically no complaints about the operators. I really like how the Knyazeva operator works, she is always polite, works promptly. Just don't take an example from your "superiors".
