Why do you come here to pay for the phone / communal services, etc.? I understand that these are mostly elderly people. So they obviously have grandchildren/children. Explain to them how to do it faster and more conveniently. Advice for commoners. Don't come here during rush hour. As it is, the compartment is clean and quite spacious. There are plenty of places to sit. The staff is good.

The letter was sent to this post office by the 1st class, as a result, I waited a week, but there were no letters or at least no notifications. As a result, I had to go to the department, they didn't find it there, the postman came in the evening and told a beautiful fairy tale that someone had thrown out the letter and it had been lying under my porch all this time and no one noticed it.

If it is possible to avoid visiting this department, I strongly advise you to do so. Even the most steely nerves can't stand the long queues that are generally always here. Today I came for a package after work and waited an hour. There were 32 people in front. It was also lucky that which rooms were already "empty". Once I got on the queue of almost 50 people. It's very "cool" to waste your time, which is too valuable a resource. There are no complaints about the employees, because they did not come up with this system, which, to put it mildly, is terrible. The window where you can receive a parcel almost never works separately and you still have to wait in the general queue. I am glad that at least the room is large and there is a place to sit down. It is sad that the situation with huge queues has not changed in three years. If 2-3 employees can't cope, maybe you need to increase the staff or change the very organization of the post office?
