Constant queues.... Even all the windows that are working do not save the situation. The staff is friendly, to girls (women)there are no complaints. A ramp for the disabled, or mothers with strollers in terrible condition, you can kill yourself. I recommend using other mail services if not necessary. But it seems that all parcels, transfers, etc. arrive at this department, so we sigh, take a coupon and wait for thirty minutes... A place where you can't save time.)
