The slowest mail I've been in. I came to put money on the card, there are 6 people in the queue. They were all served, then 10 more people came. Almost all of them were served too. Then it hit me. 40 minutes spent!

I was at the post office in this department today. On the way there, I did not find my passport in my bag, I stood on my smartphone, thinking that I would take a ride with a passport photo on my phone. When it was my turn, they told me that this was not a document, and they could not give the parcel like that, they said it correctly. After leaving the post office, I find my passport and sit in line again. While I was sitting, the man was given to pay without a passport, they said that allegedly for the last time we were giving him a passport photo to pay. Tell me, please, is this normal? I am waiting for a response to my review.
