This is not the first time that Maxim Gorelov, the courier of the UCD, has delivered shipments to me. Always a friendly, neat, polite young man. Many thanks to him for his diligent work. I wish there were more couriers like that.

How many missed ones were counted ?
I was the one who tried to contact and find out when the package would be delivered to me so that I could pick up the GIFT for the New Year.
Several people tried to call later and find out at least something. And when they called me from the mail department, they said that we would NOT DELIVER the parcel to you today. The question "why?" was answered with "technical problems"
