You still need to search for slower mail. Once again, there is a person who starts filling out letter forms, it takes 10 minutes to figure out why they should wait for him, let him fill out in his own time, or come with an already filled out form. But what if there are 2 emails, what's 15 minutes to look at it, why???They gave me a form, the following one. I didn't fill it out, go get another ticket. There are long queues during rush hours. It is worth planning your visit outside of peak hours. But the employees are all fast enough, polite.

Queues are always crazy! Why can't the windows be separated?:is one for paying for utilities, the other for receiving parcels???? You need to wait an hour and a half to pick up the parcel! The horror!!!
