The queue is huge, one window is open, and it takes more than an hour to deliver a parcel in 5 minutes. It works until 7 on weekdays, so it is not possible to get there after work, and it is also closed on Sundays.

Constant queues, because the employees of this particular department are already tired people who should not continue working here, the service is slow, they do not always communicate politely, I received parcels, but I did not receive advice about my parcel, I asked about the courier, they answered that they are not responsible for couriers of white mail, how-that's not correct, they couldn't even give me the number of this courier. In general, if you are in a hurry to send or receive a parcel, do it at another branch. 2 stars just for switching to an electronic queue, and not staying in the Middle Ages.

Everything is cool, I take parcels from ozone from there, there are almost no minuses, but only sometimes there is a kilometer-long queue, and so everything is ok
