It was after 6 p.m. on a weekday. The service was conducted by two specialists, an electronic queue. The air conditioning was working in the hall, so the wait was quite pleasant. There were 5 people in the queue (I read other reviews and realized that I was still lucky). There is a shop in the hall (it did not work), tables with chairs, a corner for children where you can draw at the table. The staff is polite, everything is clear and the questions are relevant. Maybe there are a lot of people here in the days of retirement, but today I was just lucky...

A lost place, what used to be, what is now. If you want to stand in line for half a day, go here. In the morning there is a queue, at lunch there is a queue, after 17.00 there is a queue. If you want to stand less, you need to come from 10.30 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 16.30, but if you work yourself, then this becomes a problem.
There seem to be enough windows, but not enough staff. They work for 1 person per direction, there is no interchangeability, as a result - low throughput.
In 2023, an overhaul was carried out in this department. I thought it would get better after the repair. It's gone... The same number of windows, only the interior decoration materials have changed, and a store has appeared on half the area of the post office. The post office is trying to compete with large retail chains. It's a bad idea. It would be better to focus on expanding the service and services.
On the positive side, there is a smart guy working at the post office. He is not stupid, thinks quickly, and is correct with visitors. I always used to queue up for him because I was moving faster. When the electronic queue was made, now how lucky you are.
I've been watching him there for many years. I appeal to the Belpochta management: isn't it time to move the guy from the 56th department to a promotion? He's had enough of hanging around here.
