Today I had my first colonoscopy in Belsono. The study was absolutely painless!
I want to express my gratitude to the doctor Chueshova I.Yu and the nurse Ganchel M.N. for professionalism, tact, attentiveness, and the desire to find an individual approach to each patient. The day before, it is necessary to prepare for the procedure according to the instructions, get enough sleep and come to the center in a good mood, it is better to be anesthetized before the study itself.
P.S. In the future, if necessary, endoscopic examinations, I will make an appointment only with Chueshova I.Yu.

We are contacting the branch for the second time at Gomel, boulevard of the newspaper Gomelskaya Pravda. Complete disappointment… I call a single number in advance to find out everything and every time there are questions. You come with a baby so that everything is fast and clear, and in the end we are constantly waiting... The registrars do not have information about the center's operating mode, they redirect from one to another for registration, but they manage to sit in the phones and do not even try to remove them) This is the first time I have met such an unfriendly attitude towards patients in a paid center.

A child, 6 months old, was recorded for an ultrasound of the heart. We were 15 minutes late, because I confused the time with another doctor. The doctor refused to receive me, and the administrator sent me TO ASK the doctor to see me. I'm not an hour late! Am I paying money and have to go begging to be accepted?! After all, this is a 6-month-old child who will not be asked to wait or eat or sleep faster. The reason for the delay could be any!Terrible attitude! Personally, I was a regular customer of Belsono. Now I won't set foot here!

There are no questions about medical procedures, everything is at the highest level. But you can only go to the doctors or for research in shoe covers, which you need to buy at the entrance! It's very convenient - you don't have to keep a cleaning lady on staff. The steep staircase to the second floor, especially when you go down in plastic shoe covers, is scary. Although, as they said, in a medical school it's not scary if something happens.
