The organization has always had a human attitude, if you do your job efficiently and on time, they will pay you off without any problems and will continue to cooperate. If you make a blunder, then you are no longer an employee of this organization, and it makes sense for you to pay money for poorly done work that will later need to be corrected and spend enough money on it, at least for materials?
And the second point is, if you like to fall on a glass and come to work not sober, you won't get paid either! What do you pay for if you can drink the whole shift, and someone will give you volume and quality? The one who does his job and does it well will get it! Working in this organization and knowing the management, I can say one thing - the quality of work and culture of construction production are appreciated here!
