After a very long waiting time I solved what I needed, thanks to someone more dedicated and with experience, who made a few phone calls specifically for me. They have big queues to process and you will need a lot of patience if you come here, but they are kind and respectful. Also, the cafe has very tasty food!

The store on the ground floor has a good selection of alcoholic beverages, other interesting products are teas or sweets. You can also have a delicious meal in the cafe. The staff is always polite. Thanks for the work.
