I liked the hotel, stayed with my family, it was very cozy, the staff was polite, the largest room was provided to us, from September 25 to September 28, Baizar and Ardager were nearby, we walked there, all restaurants and cafes were cool nearby, it was cozy in the hotel, water was constantly supplied, an ironing board and iron were right next to with the room, it was very convenient; especially for us, since we arrived at the event, it was very cozy in the hotel, I liked the breakfast, the cookies are delicious, they cook right, the only thing I want to advise the hotel is to buy an expensive Italian machine for making real delicious coffee, everything else is super, no questions, everything is clean, towels were provided constantly clean, not by the hour, when necessary, but at your request 👏👏👏

The location is good, everything is quite new, the equipment is working, the plumbing is fine. The room is clean, cleaned regularly. The staff is courteous and works quickly.
Of the small disadvantages - with a heat of + 40, the air conditioner must work constantly. If you leave, it turns off and then wait for 20 minutes for the cold to catch up. The breakfasts are monotonous, although quite edible. In general, I recommend an acceptable price/quality ratio.

A pleasant and clean hotel. The breakfast was fairly standard, edible and fresh. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a balcony overlooking the construction site, there is background noise, but tolerable. When I returned in the evening, I saw that the room had been delicately cleaned.
